Family get togethers

Well Linda and I have been busy visiting friends and relatives. We always enjoy the get togethers, because it seems the time in between is so long. It was Morrissey's Birthday in January, and Clark's Birthday this month. It was the first birthday for each of them. I'm sure they had no idea what it was all about, but they loved ripping all of the paper up, and shoving the cake down.

We visited Clarla for her birthday and met her new cat Felix. He, like me is on a bit of a diet, but we both should be looking thinner soon. Linda and I had fun petting this cat and he is very friendly.

We got together with old friends John, Ann, Ian, Marlene, Kerry and Barbara for our quarterly dinner, and get together. We decided we needed to get together more often. We always enjoy these times, and about the time we catch up with what we have been doing its time to go home. We will all be off to Alaska in July. We will be together for a week. By that time they should all be tired of me. Ha Ha.

I have been busy tracking down relatives, and we will be seeing my Aunt Tannie today. Tannie was married to my Mother's brother Harold. It has been a couple of years since we saw her, which is really bad because she only lives a few miles away. It is a little hard to get hold of her, because she keeps herself very busy.

This weekend my Sister and her husband Walt will be over. We are then going to Palm Springs to see my cousin Faye and her family who are vacationing in Palm Springs. We have not seen Faye in fifty years so we are excited to see her.
