Again the time nears that we must choose who will lead this Country. For some the choices are hard, for some the choices are easy. I think it is time for those that do not vote to think of what they are doing by not voting. There have been many stories about how one vote made a difference, and in some cases it is true, but think of this. Every person that has fought, and in some cases died for this Country has done so to allow each citizen the freedom to vote. Still in each election the numbers of voters has dropped. I hear the reasons, I don't have time, I don't want to get my name on a list that will cause me to get called for jury duty, my vote won't make a difference. Each excuse is just that an excuse. Think of what this Country would be if every citizen when the call came to serve their Country used excuses like these. We wouldn't have a Country. Even today the men and women in the service are getting ballots so they can vote, yet here where we are safe many say they just don't have the time. It is like slaping the face of every Service man and woman who ever served, and those who serve today. I have no respect for anyone who would slap the face of my Father, my Father-in-Law, my Aunts, my Uncles, my Friends that I served with in Vietnam, and those in the service today. Please if you have not registered do so, and when it is time to vote do so also. It is not such a high price you have to pay, only a little of your time.

I completely agree. Glad the election is finally over! Can't wait to see how things are after the dust settles.
