A photo from my High School swim team. No matter how much time I spend at the gym I'll never look that good again.

Catching up with friends
It's been awhile since I have sat down to write. Linda and I are taking on new projects which may keep us busy and living life. We started going to the gym to try and change our old ways. Its been two weeks, and we are already filling better. I don't think I have walked so much in the last two years, as I have in the last two weeks on the tredmill. I have taken off a few pounds, but hope to lose alot more. I hate to think I still need to lose over fourty pounds. As I sneek up on 60 years old I would like to make it past 65 years old. I still have alot to do, and alot to see. I have been able to spend time with friends that I had not seen for years. We went out with Kerry and Barbara for lunch and a movie. It was a lot of fun just talking and spending time together. We bumped into two other friends John and Ann when we were at lunch. What a small world. These are the things that Linda and I looked forward to when we retired. With reconnecting with family and friends our live seems better than we could of hoped for. I h
ope you are all well and hope as always to see or hear from you soon.
